About TrailSendr
TrailSendr is a mountain-bike travel planner: the shuttle operators, rental shops, and epic rides for every major MTB destination, in one place, with day-by-day trip guides.
Why it exists
Planning an MTB trip means stitching together information scattered across a dozen browser tabs — which company shuttles the Whole Enchilada, which shop rents a real enduro bike and not a rental-fleet hardtail, whether you can pedal to the trailhead or need a lift. We built TrailSendr to put that in one place, organized the way riders actually think about a trip: where am I riding → do I need a bike → do I need a shuttle.
Who we are
TrailSendr is built by riders, not a travel-marketing team. Moab and Fruita are home trails; we’ve put in real days at Park City, Sedona, and plenty of the other destinations covered here. For places we don’t know firsthand, we lean on local riders and the operators themselves to check our work before it goes live — and we say plainly when a destination is one we’ve ridden once versus one we know cold.
TrailSendr is a Spur7 property. Spur7 builds and owns directories, booking tools, and market-data products for specialty industries.
How we make our recommendations
- Every outbound link — trailheads, shops, shuttles — is verified before it’s published. Trail links point to MTB Project.
- We’re opinionated. If a shuttle company has run VW vans since 1995 and books out every spring, we tell you to reserve early.
- We flag what we don’t know. Firsthand knowledge, local review, and secondhand research are not treated as the same thing.
How we make money
TrailSendr is free to use. Some of the links on the site are affiliate links — if you book lodging or buy gear through them, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. It never changes what we recommend. Full detail is on our Affiliate Disclosure page.
